I don’t think Obama is thinking about anyone or anything but himself and how to get re-elected in 2012.I read about the coke tax and figure fruit loops will be next. If they tax cereal we will go broke or have to face a starving 3 year old.
Now you all know Obama is one thrifty dude. He is only thinking of us middle class tax payers….

Here’s my thought Socal. This whole move is putting the cart before the horse. We’re not far enough along in being energy independent to knock the stuffing out of the coal industry and other carbon fuel providers. This isn’t meant to finance much but to try to undo some of what he has already done. That’s just my opinion.
Now, Frog-dog, you know I like O-man as much as the next man, but that stupid expressionless expression of his has got to go. They are still trying to get the “clunker junker” program going. Thank god they keep hitting road blocks with that. Dont those evil geniuses realize that for every old, oil dripping, smoking, clanking p.o.s. that is kept running we save an exponentially larger amount of energy and prevent more pollution than will be generated by producing that new fangled death bubble they want us to drive? It’s easy to see that if we keep old faithful the Jobs For Friends program loses funding and that directly impacts donations to the Be Nice Or Else Society.
