Being a South Carolinian, there is a bit of controversy about the Governor vetoing the stimulus funds. I happen to agree with him. There was an interesting comment in there about this being a grab at ending state’s rights. The feds usurping and being big brother to the big income tax states has led to where we are today. The fed wants the absolute power to tell the states what they can and cannot do. that’s contrary to the 10th Amendment of our Constitution.
