When it comes to torture to protect Americans lives call me paranoid, but I say do more than necessary…just in case.
Maybe we should just lop off a head or two and maybe the rest of them would babble like our politicians.I am an old school do unto others as they do to you or an eye for an eye. Whatever works ’cause all is fair in love and war.
socalgal, that’s exactly how I feel. These “people” want Americans to die, just because we are Americans. I have no sympathy or empathy for them. Let our men and women do what they think is right or needed to keep America and Americans safe. I’m so tired of this pussy-footing around BS. We are a Superpower, act like it dammit.
Torture for the simple pleasure of torture is wrong. However, if it may get us information that saves the lives of hundreds of civilians, do it.
For those who do not believe in torture, I ask “Was watching fellow Americans jumping to their death from the burning towers of the world trade center, not torture?”
I felt it was torture.
After 9/11 there sure wasn’t this type of furor over these people who despise our country. Now we want to “bed and breakfast” them?
