Letter said to be from killer forecast slayings – The man (Linh Phat Voong – his Alias is Jiverly Voong) who was the killer that gunned down 13 people in an immigrant center in Binghamton, NY was apparently intent on killing more people before returning ‘to the dust of the earth,’ the shooter had written a letter prior to the killings and sent it off to a news / slash / TV station – according to the TV station – which arrived on the day of the massacre. Johnson City NY – this is the place where the Binghamton Shooting culprit came from and lived – his alias name is Jiverly Voong and his real name is Linh Phat Voong – he is responsible of the deaths of over 12 people and holding more than 40 people hostage after raming the back of the building and forcing the doors shut, eventually making his way to the front entrance where he began the seige and held the hostages.

Binghamton Massacre – Linh Phat Voong has been named as the shooter and his alias name is Jiverly Voong (aged 42) and it is now official that the death count including Linh is up to 13 – up to 40 people were held hostage, police and investigators are still trying to establish the motif behind the attacks. It is alleged that Linh rammed and wedged the back door shut and then enterred through the front door firing shots.

Jiverly Voong – has been named as The gunman in the tragic Birmingham shootings, New York statements have announced – shootings that took place earlier today. According to reports the gunman uses the name as an alias though, Jiverly Voong is aged in his 40s and a motive has yet to be established for the attacks that killed 12 and ended in the shooters death.

At least 12 dead in attack at N.Y. immigration centre according to the governor after a long stand off with the shooter, apparently it only finished when the shooter took the gun to himself, this is possibly the worst shooting thus far in 2009 – at least in New York and believe me it’s not because of lack of competition.
