Letter said to be from killer forecast slayings – The man (Linh Phat Voong – his Alias is Jiverly Voong) who was the killer that gunned down 13 people in an immigrant center in Binghamton, NY was apparently intent on killing more people before returning ‘to the dust of the earth,’ the shooter had written a letter prior to the killings and sent it off to a news / slash / TV station – according to the TV station – which arrived on the day of the massacre. Tracy Press – the latest press is that the missing Tracy girl – Sandra Cantu – has been found in a case that was retrieved from a pond where Sandra Cantu was last spotted, obviously the circumstances are very suspicious, many people have theories and rumors are floating around, especially the trailer that was stormed and recently raided. The pond had already been drained and no evidence was found in it several weeks ago.

Police said that they had received more than 400 tips since Sandra Cantu was reported missing Friday. Tracy Police Still Searching for Missing Girl – we have just found out that the remains of a girl that appear to be the missing Tracy girl have been found in a pond, so we are tracing back to some of the older videos, this video is where the investigation was still under way and the police remained optimistic on the child’s survival. Missing Tracy Girl – the Missing Girl From Tracy – Sandra Cantu, 8 – has been found dead, the young girl was found in a large black suit case floating in a pond and the pond was just two miles away from her last sighting, it is believed that the pond was drained two weeks ago and the case was not present at that time. As the news spread about the finding of the girl in the suitcase in the pond – 100s marched down to the pond to leave their best wishes and prayers for the child and family concerned.

It is believed that police later returned to the original caravan park where the girl lived and started investigations on a near by property and searched several houses and sheds.

Murder of 5 children shocks Washington neighborhood, Authorities say that a deranged father apparently shot and killed his five children at their (trailer) home in Washington state, then went on to kill himself. A friend of the family said that the father may have had a recent fight with the children’s mother. The children ranged in age from 16 to 7. Described as the unthinkable crime, the children were described as angels, 4 of the children were shot in their beds and the fifth was killed in the bathroom – 4 girls and one boy were killed. The father killed himself in a car that was later found 8 miles away. (April 5)

Binghamton Massacre – Linh Phat Voong has been named as the shooter and his alias name is Jiverly Voong (aged 42) and it is now official that the death count including Linh is up to 13 – up to 40 people were held hostage, police and investigators are still trying to establish the motif behind the attacks. It is alleged that Linh rammed and wedged the back door shut and then enterred through the front door firing shots.

The Radford University officials had to put the campus in lock down mode, and have asked students to seek shelter and safety refuge, as the police continue to search for the man suspected of shooting a person close to the campus.
